A DPLG Architect graduate in 1994, Thierry Chalaux began his career as a freelancer before founding Pointe Carrée in 2003. For nearly 20 years, he explored the richness and diversity of French architecture, first based in Aveyron, then continuing in Lower Normandy and finally in the Paris region.
In 2019, Fabien Flauw, Stéphane Guesdon and the investment company AUXO joined the capital of Pointe Carrée to the tune of 49%. With a combined turnover of more than 30 million euros, they provide a solid financial basis for the development of the agency.
Strengthened by the arrival of two sisters with solid backgrounds, Anne-Florence CLERGUE and Caroline PEINIAU, Pointe Carrée is enriching its expertise in the management of complex renovation projects, particularly in the prestigious hotel and luxury retail sectors.
