The Terre d'architecte agency, located in the Lubéron in an HQE building, managed by Architect Alexis Ballansat, offers its services for individuals and professionals, for construction and rehabilitation.
On our own since 2011, registered with the Order of Architects, we put our skills into action on all types of projects, in a geographical area ranging from Provence to Savoie, in cities like Villeneuve les Avignon, Avignon, Saint Remy de Provence, Isle on the Sorgue, Gordes, Ménerbes, Bonnieux, Grenoble, Annecy.
The agency has varied project experience: contemporary houses, traditional housing, historic buildings, residential buildings, agricultural and tertiary buildings. As a geobiologist architect, the agency also works in spaces dedicated to health (MRI, medical laboratory) and well-being (yoga room, gym).
We support our clients in all the phases that make up a project, from the sketch to the reception of the work through the assembly of the building permit file.

Alexis Ballansat, also trained as an “Emergency Architect” in connection with the foundation of Emergency Architects and the Order of Architects, whose aim is to initiate a dynamic around the creation of a group of architects, trained in emergency situations and crisis management in the PACA region in order to support state services, as part of the building unit.
