Guillaume Dumay is an experienced architect with a degree in design from LISAA in Paris and in architecture from ENSA in Versailles. This architect is also certified as a project manager. His career path led him to work in small, medium and large scale agencies before deciding to embark on his own adventure. Guillaume Dumay wanted to learn how to take on a variety of projects in order to acquire the versatility that would later enable him to run his own architectural practice.
A young and dynamic company, gdad was created in 2018 and is active throughout the Île-de-France region. It is led by a team of architects with a complementary vision whose new objective is to bring their creativity and skills to the Côte d'Azur, by creating a new branch of the agency there.
Their philosophy is to create the right projects for each person, projects that inspire emotion. In keeping with the times, this approach continues to evolve. The agency's primary source of motivation is to make a creative idea a reality, despite all the technical constraints that may be associated with it. The ability to design according to their expectations, but above all with the desire to satisfy the client, is what drives this team on a daily basis.
In 3 years, gdad has carried out projects that meet its ambitions. Always striving for excellence, these architects transform their research into reality. gdad works for public and private clients in the field of multi-unit housing, single-family homes and the commercial sector, in new construction and renovation.
