Denis Dupont-Nivet is a DPLG architect that graduated from the Paris Belleville School of Architecture in 1992 with Antoine Grumbach, Grand Prix de l'Urbanisme, as his mentor. Sensitive to the ecological dimension of architecture and aware that the architect has a role to play in the future of our cities, Denis Dupont-Nivet began the DDQE (Développement Durable Qualité Environnementale) certification in 2014 in order to create sustainable and durable architecture. His current small-scale studio was created in 2005, then transferred to Avallon in 2018, in an environment that is perfect for the execution of numerous projects.
Denis Dupont-Nivet likes to propose a contemporary and pure architectural design that is oriented toward professional and industrial buildings as well as single-family homes, for new builds or for renovating existing buildings. Denis Dupont-Nivet is an experienced architect that has been able to surround himself with qualified professionals in order to meet the growing demands of his clients. Today, the Dupont-Nivet architecte studio works with a network of regular partners, including interior architects, design offices, builders and craftsmen, in order to offer the best possible solution to its clients.
Aware that an architectural project is often the adventure of a lifetime, Denis Dupont-Nivet takes the time to understand the challenges of each project in order to design a relevant and meaningful solution. This architect also enjoys accompanying his clients at every stage of their project: from the sketches to the design and construction phases, right up to site supervision. The architectural project then becomes a human adventure, where the forming of an idea becomes a reality.
