Already 10 years old and PMV is still delighted to see the projects see the light of day.
Patty MARTINVALET, manager of the agency, studies architecture at ENSAPB (Ecole nationale supérieure d'architecture de Paris Belleville) and ETSAB (Ecole technique supérieur d'architecture de Barcelona). Then worked for renowned Parisian architecture agencies (ITAR architecture, NOMADE architects, LION and associates, HFC architecture and KELDI architecture) during and after his studies. The investment in these agencies and the competitions won have given rise to the desire to carry out their own projects.
In 2014, PMV was born from an exchange on the absolute necessity of mixing architecture and commercial development in order to be able to make a living from this art but also to defend the very existence of this profession.
It was word of mouth that triggered the first projects which came to fruition in a small apartment in the 17th arrondissement of Paris. Then the agency has the opportunity to open its spectrum by working on projects for various purposes; individual houses, collective housing, school groups (nurseries and nursery schools), hotels, offices, shops, etc.
Convinced that a perfect knowledge of uses constitutes the foundations of its architecture, PMV ensures that its projects reflect the desires and ambitions of its clients, with the harmony and coherence of spaces as a common thread, extensive work on natural light.
An integral part of the agency's methodology is a focus on how to contribute positively to one's environment, whether natural or man-made, while minimizing negative environmental impacts. PMV recognizes that so-called sustainable initiatives and design processes must be intertwined. This idea must be present during all phases of the project, from design to completion.
The PMV agency is also trained in the management of natural climatic events (earthquake, flood, landslide, cyclone), authorized to design and implement exposed buildings.
