“The C/H architecture workshop, sensitive and ecological architecture”
Following her professional experiences of several years within Parisian architecture agencies, Clémentine Hitier was able to gain perspective on the practice of the profession of architect by questioning this energy-intensive field where ecology is still so little at the center of the concern of building professionals.
It was through meetings, conferences, experiences on participatory construction sites and through the OPEC “professional eco-construction worker” training that his ecological thinking was built. The use of geo or biosourced materials, the local provenance of materials, the thermal of the building as well as the reduction of energy costs have become for the architect the heart of his architectural design. Comfort and use are also two central notions. The exchange between the project owner and the architect is essential in order to define the needs of the project. These different elements are the key to a quality and lasting architectural project. Each project is designed for its users according to the location and territory.
Drawing on her experience, the architect founded the C/H architecture workshop with the desire to practice in a committed manner in the field of eco-responsible architecture and interior design. Its clients are individuals, municipalities, developers and social landlords.
Curious about people and projects that improve everyday life, the architect wants to be mobile and offers her services in Isère where she is located, but also in Paris, Lyon and the rest of France. No matter the location of the property, the important thing is to bring energy and character to it!
The architect supports you in your new or rehabilitation work for small to large-scale projects, from the sketch to the monitoring of site execution. The project begins with a telephone exchange, then with an advisory visit. The studies (sketch, building permit, advanced studies) constitute the key stage for a structured design of the project which leads to a construction site taking place in the best conditions.
