Quantity does not equal quality. TOLITA is a small structure. Here, information is not diluted in the twists and turns of endless corridors. Each is familiar with all of the other’s work. Rather than dividing them, in this way we multiply the reaction capacities and the solutions to be provided. This intimacy of work leads to meticulous attention to projects.
Of course, the team will grow over time, but never with industrial profitability in mind. This is our service concept.
Benjamin Lagarde is, at less than 30 years old, the founder of the TOLITA Agency. He is a state-certified “HMONP”, which gives authorization for project management in his own name. Clément is Benjamin’s collaborator. Originally from the department of Isère, he obtained the DEA (State Diploma in Architect) in Grenoble. Clément supports Benjamin in the drawing and design part of the projects.
The firm has established a network of companies meeting our requirements to meet each mission carried out by a construction project (design offices, construction companies, computer graphics designers, craftsmen, perspective planners, decorators, etc.). We work with 2D and 3D software, although we are great friends of the drawing board because nothing beats a nice sketch. We use software for site monitoring and company consultations (DCE and DPGF). We use measurement tools as well as drone images to give an aerial angle to our projects. This equipment also allows us to respond to calls for tender for public contracts. But gray matter remains our main tool.
