Frédéric Descamps is a DPLG architect based in the 11th arrondissement of Paris. The architect founded his studio Architecte Frédéric Descamps (ArchiFD) in 2008. From the start, the architecture studio has worked on all forms of architecture.
Frédéric Descamps and his studio have had the opportunity to work in highly diverse fields ranging from the residential, early childhood and tertiary sectors to contemporary art spaces. The studio ArchiFD approaches its projects with a broad perspective, without confining itself to a certain building type or function.

The studio ArchiFD combines the use of traditional tools, such as paper plans and drawings, with modern tools such as virtual imagery in its design work. Frédéric Descamps also believes that continuous, methodical oversight of the work is an integral part of an architect’s job, in order to ensure that the plans are respected.
